Kelly is a sleek and beautiful tuxedo who absolutely loves to be petted and will rub against your hands begging for more as long as you will keep at it! She is very shy and will take some time to feel comfortable in a new home but will reward you with unbounding loyalty when she learns that you will love her and keep her safe. She loves to sit in the window and watch the birds or explore the screened patio at her foster’s home. She sometimes enjoys sleeping at the foot of the bed and loves to play in boxes. She knows her name and comes when you call herspecially when you call her to dinner! She enjoys holding conversations with you with her quiet little voice. She would do best in a quiet household with someone who will be gentle and patient...and who will enjoy watching her gain confidence and trust and blossom under their care! She is not too comfortable being picked up, and doesn’t yet like to cuddle in laps (but we believe she will get there!). Kelly gets along well with other mellow kittens her age or older and does well with her foster’s large gentle dog. She absolutely loves to be near her foster’s adult cat so would make a great companion to an older cat.
This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
