Hi! My name is Binx and I’m looking for my forever family. I was first rescued when a kind family noticed I looked hungry and was out on the streets. They contacted a rescue when they realized I was badly injured. No one could really figure out how I got hurt so bad, and I may have some bald patches/scarring where my injuries were, but I’m all better now! some say that my chances for adoption are kind of low because I am an adult black cat, and black cats tend to have the lowest adoption rate, but I promise I’m not bad luck. I’m very sweet and love to cuddle, and I’m even warming up to my foster mom’s dogs! (Who knew I would ever get along with dogs!) I am also labeled as “special needs” because I tested positive for FIV, but it doesn’t stop me from being just a regular cat. It’s just a fancy label for me not having such a strong immune system, which means that I can’t go outside so that I don't accidentally catch any colds. I prefer the indoor life anyway. I love hanging out with other kitties and am very friendly with them, don’t worry they can’t catch FIV from me being around them. I would really love the chance to have a forever family to call my own, will you give me that chance?
This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
Please put in an adoption application on our website, cats-can.org if you are interested or if you have any questions please email us at kittyrescuetnr@gmail.com
