Pepper was dumped in our parking lot the night of all the storms and tornadoes. She had taken to hiding in cars, as dangerous as that was. It took 5 days to get her, but her little loud mouth saved her! She always spoke up and answered, when anyone called to her (her quiet little sibling wasn't as lucky). She's now full of vim and vigor, waiting for her permanent "port in the storm!"
This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
