Hi Everyone!  I am Phoebe and I am looking for my new forever home!  I was found at 4 months old as a stray by a lovely family who took care of me while I hung out in their garage. This family decided I was too small and sweet to be an outdoor kitty, so they found me a loving foster home to help get me used to people.

I am a work in progress.  I am very timid at first, and am afraid of sudden movements and loud noises.  After lots of quiet interactions, as I become more comfortable with my human, I am generous with the forehead bumps and will rub all over you.  This is my way of hugging.  I also love being pet, but I like to initiate it most of the time, and I will let you know when I am done…usually by nibbling you with my cute little kitten teeth.  I am slowly becoming more of a lap cat.  I love sitting next to my foster mommy, and will sometimes climb on her for a few seconds, although I am not a fan, yet, of being picked up and held. 

I am a bit thin, but I am eating on a regular schedule and gaining weight. I eat kitten wet food mostly, with some dry food to keep me satisfied between meals.  I eat about every 5 -6 hours during the day. My foster mommy will be happy to show you what and how I like to eat. Routine is very important to me.

I am a very curious kitten, and I love to jump and climb, and explore the new things I discover. I have a couple favorite toys that I love to play with at my foster mommy’s house, and she said I can bring them with me to my forever home! 

I am looking for a quiet home, preferably without children or dogs (not sure if I like other cats yet or not), with a family that has the love and patience to allow me to get used to my new people and environment slowly.  It may take me some time, but once I feel safe with you, I will love you forever!

This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
