The story of Max and Coco.

Max and Coco are two female kittens that were born and raised by her mother Miko. The best way to start the story of Max and Coco is to first tell you a little bit about their mother Miko and how she came into our lives.

It was a beautiful sunny day and my husband, and I decided to go to the supermarket for some groceries. When we came back and started to empty everything from the car and take it into the apartment we heard a meow, at that moment we started looking around the car and there was Miko. She was very approachable and incredibly loveable. Being a street cat for some reason she was very used to human touch and accepted it wholeheartedly. She was underweight but still in good condition.

We researched and did the appropriate routine to acclimate her to her new surroundings and set her vet appointments to get her the needed vaccinations and to set her a sterilization appointment.

A couple of weeks passed, and we noticed Miko’s belly growing rapidly. Miko was pregnant. My husband and I called a vet and started researching the best way to accept her kittens into the world. We set up a safe area for her to deliver and a couple of weeks later she delivered a small litter of only 2 kittens. Coco and Max slowly started feeding from Miko and Miko took on her mothering role beautifully.

After a couple of weeks/months Coco and Max were big and independent enough, We were able to start Miko's preparation and sterilization to get her adopted by a close family member, everything went well and she now has a lovely home in a healthy environment.

We started planning the same situation for Coco and Max, we reached a friend that agreed to adopt them and take care of them, but this situation unfortunately never happened, she ended up not answering our calls and she totally disconnected the communication with us.

Coco and Max have amazing personalities. They are full of energy, very friendly just like their mother Miko. We would love to be able to keep them because they truly are amazing kittens but unfortunately due to our current situation, we are not able. This is very heartbroken, and we wished things were different.

Coco is a light gray/beige kitten with a big white spot on her chest , brown nose and bright green/yellow eyes. She loves to play with her mouse toys and her sister Max, she also loves her salmon treats. She is very outgoing and docile, loves giving love to kids and adults.

Max is a gray kitten with a medium white spot on her chest, black nose and bright yellow/green eyes. She loves to take naps on comfy superficies, enjoys a lot the food time and she also loves to play with her laser toy and her sister Coco. She is very friendly with kids and adults and very docile.

We hope to find the perfect home for these beautiful kittens where they can have all the love and care possible.

This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age-appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered.
