Claude Monet the has a pretty cool story and even cooler personality. He was found by a family who had just purchased a car and heard a kitten meowing from the engine as they were merging onto I-4. When they retutrned to the dealership and a mechanic removed some parts, Claude jumped out of the hood of the car and took off running. One week later, the daughter of the dealership owner found the same little kitten sitting on the front step of her house, a couple blocks away from the car lot. He was starving and suffering from an upper respiratory infection. The dealership owner happens to be my neighbor and brought Claude to me so we could get him cleaned up and healthy. I discovered he was microchipped and was able to track down the woman who adopted him from a county shelter. She unfortunately can no longer care for Claude and has asked me to find a loving family who will give him the attention he deserves. So here he is, waiting for the perfect home!
This little kitten has been through so much in his five short months on this planet but you'd never know it when you meet him. He is truly the most affectionate, docile, loving, tender kitten I've ever encountered. All he wants is to be held and cuddled and doted on all day long. Claude follows me everywhere I go which has made the task of taking quality photos quite difficult. He adores kids, cats, and I'm pretty certain he would love dogs too. And to top it all off, he is stunningly good looking! He has a long, luscious, fluffy coat and the most adorable little bobtail. Claude would make the absolute best companion for any family.
